Karren was awesome to work with throughout the whole selling process. We had her evaluate our home a couple of months prior to listing it to get input on what we should update to sell it quickly. She recommended a few contractors to choose from since we had no personal experience with anyone. When we sat down to decide on a price, she was very knowledgeable about the area and showed us many similar homes and what they sold for. I actually was thinking initially our home would sell for much less. My husband suggested a price (that I thought was too high) and Karren agreed it was a good price.
